#SKPlasma has signed a
#technologytransfer and licensing agreement worth approximately $75 million with Proturk, a joint initiative supported by the Turkish Red Crescent. The partnership aims to advance the production of plasma-derived medicines in Türkiye.
According to the company, the deal represents the largest technology export contract since SK Plasma was established in 2015.
Under the agreement, SK Plasma will provide licenses, research and development capabilities, and production technologies necessary for manufacturing plasma-derived medicines at a new facility planned in Türkiye.
In addition, SK Plasma will acquire a 15% stake in
#Proturk for €150,000, allowing the company to earn dividend income depending on the venture’s future performance.
