What an incredible journey it’s been as Concertmaster of the Temple University Symphony Orchestra for the past three years. Last night’s concert was my final one in this role, and as I prepare to graduate with my DMA (Doctor of Musical Arts) this May, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you to Temple University boyercollege and all the amazing staff who make this orchestra thrive. A special thank you to Jose Domingues, an inspiring teacher, conductor, and friend—your guidance has meant the world. Thank you to Eric Schweingruber, our dedicated orchestra administrator and the director of instrumental operations, for keeping everything running smoothly. To all the talented students I’ve had the privilege of playing alongside, thank you for your passion and camaraderie. A huge thank you to my teacher, Eduard Schmider, for your wisdom and encouragement throughout this chapter. I’m looking forward for what lies ahead as I graduate and carry these memories forward.
