I kept catching myself complaining on autopilot. Now, I’m testing 5 steps for 30 days to stop it:👇 Complaining drains our energy and our focus: → Into negativity. → Into what’s wrong. → Into someone we wouldn’t want to be around. Even small things like: → “Ugh, raining again.” → “No time.” → “This meeting is so slow.” It’s a never-ending loop. The more we complain, the more we find to complain about. So I’m experimenting: What happens when I intentionally reduce complaints to protect my mental energy.
