#3. Full body Dhara and steam is an Ayurvedic therapy that involves the continuous pouring of warm herbal oils or medicated liquids over the entire body. Procedure:

- The warm oil or liquid is poured continuously over the entire body using a special vessel.
- The pouring is done in a rhythmic manner, covering all areas of the body.
