blissybrand took me to such a whimsical much-needed staycation (very COVID-Safe, I stayed in my hotel room the whole time, and didn’t see anyone except at the Front Desk during check in and check out) at the petitermitagehotel where I was able to catch some extra sleep. Sleep Awareness week started yesterday and ends on the 20th. I definitely lack sleep most of the time so I’m going to be extra mindful about ensuring I sleep earlier this week.
