This weekend was a fun one, I flew in my leadership team to plan Quarter 4 and review our previous quarter (btw if you're not currently planning each quarter, you're severely missing out). Planning your quarters is one of the quickest ways to get massive objectives done, realign your team to the annual goals, and review what you did the quarter before. We follow the 'Scaling Up' framework, which is an unbelievable book if you haven't gotten it. It's a big reason we have been able to scale to a $5 Million Dollar a year agency so quickly.
