SUNDAY PAELLA IN BARCELONA Today went with girlfriends for Sunday paella - and just realized we probably ate it last time like a year ago! It’s so delicious and amazing! We got the mixta with different seafood at Xiringuito Escribà - absolutely incredible! And also tried paella Valenciana with chicken and rabbit. By the way, wherever there’s great paella, definitely order the seafood - percebes (goose barnacles), mussels, anchovies - everything’s super fresh! And you know what? There’s also a Catalan version of paella called fideuà, where they use thin vermicelli instead of rice. Highly recommend trying it too!
