June felt like such a blah month for me. I absolutely want to pull myself out of the slump I’ve been in. I know when I’m feeling low because I want to be seen as little as possible. I post as little as possible. I choose solo walks over going to the group classes I love at the gym. I don’t want to cook. I don’t *really* want to do anything. My emails go unread into the 300+s - that’s when I know it’s bad! Today I made the decision to reach out for professional help. I can feel it’s time and I have no shame about needing or wanting to reach out to a mental health professional.
