The cake is truly moist, actually tastes of chocolate and the filling is creamy. Ingredients FILLING * 150 g cream cheese , at room temperature * 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter * 1 egg * 1/3 cup caster sugar * 1/3 cup sour cream * 1 tsp vanilla extract CAKE * 1 1/2 cups plain flour (all purpose) * 3 tsp baking powder * 1 cup caster sugar * 1 stick unsalted butter * 1/4 cup vegetable oil * 1/3 cup cocoa powder * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup yoghurt * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips ASSEMBLY * 2 tbsp hot water Instructions FILLING: * Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. * Add egg then the remaining ingredients until smooth.
