Wow! Such a good time at the failurebandig documentary film premiere in LA/Hollywood last night. Before the screening, the band performed an acoustic set with mix of songs that andrewsken said were relevant to the film. The performance was awesome! And the film is so good!! I already love their music, but learning more about the band’s story and the struggles they’ve overcome was awesome. And hearing so many musicians including iamthebriefcase and billyhowerdel give such high praise of the band was awesome. And getting a complimentary 18x36 poster was also awesome! 🥸🤘 It was especially awesome to see so many people show up in support of the film and band. Lots of people in the audience who I recognized- including singer/artist claireacey (slide 3). I also met/chatted with zaneallred76 who traveled from SF for the event- which is also pretty awesome.
