It’s been a bit of a mad one again when I actually think about it. Started the week in Brussels meeting one of our students to talk trading and business 📈 We got the keys to the new Athens flat on Wednesday 🔑 fresh chapter in the Sun ☀️ Tried setting up the WiFi wearing a giant fur coat because 14 degrees is freezing in Greece. Genuinely looked like a Monaco millionaire woman waiting for her driver 💃😂 Friday was Josh’s birthday so my sister sorted us a tasting tour around Athens. Oldest distillery in the city, chaos in the fish and meat markets, and a random but fascinating lesson on honey.. a hive next to lavender makes lavender honey, next to oak makes oak honey. Same bees. Different environment. Different result. There’s a lesson in that. Bought a load of olives for €3, sat on the balcony in the sun eating them like we’re in a Greek advert!
