Check your local FOOD4LESS® for weekly offers. . . Simple Turkey Dry Brine: . 3TBS Course Sea Salt 1 TBS Baking Powder (aluminum free) 1 tsp brown sugar . . In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix. Rub the brine mixture onto the turkey until evenly coated. Place turkey on a roasting pan with a rack or a sheet pan with a wire rack. This will help dry the skin for that coveted extra crispy skin. Put in refrigerator uncovered for at least 24-48 hrs.
