Progress report! Here is a shot of our new compact 10HL Della Toffola brewhouse finally about to set sail from the factory in Conegliano, near Venice, Italy, some snaps from the old system for good measure, and the amazing trip to meet the fabricators and dial in the new system with customizations. While lesser known in the United States thus far, Della Toffola is one of the most elite fabricators anywhere, having been at it over a century, especially active in the wine industry, and now running a dedicated brewing gear division, Bräu-Velo (easybrauvelo). Recently they have overhauled and upgraded the famed Brasserie Dupont in Belgium (of Saison Dupont), and built Outer Range's brewing operations in Frisco, Colorado and in Chamonix, FR, among many other eye-popping builds. It will be on the water about a month, then clear customs in Oakland, and finally make it here sometime in the end of June or so.
