Tomorrow marks eight years since we officially kicked off this wild adventure with a barn full of friends and family drinking saison, grisette, fruited wild ales, biere de garde (and more than a few bottles stashed for decades in anticipation…) and we dreamt and did it here, in a boot-strapped operation fueled by years of hard work and fathomless optimism, which has been tested time and again by a few doubters and many more disasters. But through it all, more than 300 batches later— the mechanical, the meteorological, the malicious and the miraculous — one thing has always been true: the journey is just beginning, each new day :) #believeinsaison
