Just some of what service dog handlers go through OFTEN. She shrieked and then started yelling to get my service dog off of the bus. It was humiliating. I took out my phone while she was yelling and started visibly recording. She got a lot nicer after that. A service dog is considered medical equipment and under ADA law is allowed to be with me everywhere I go including transport.
