I left the mats laying in the same places they did at the old house just to see if he would get up there on his own and HE DID. I guess this is his spot no matter what house we are in. I wanted him to choose where he wanted to be without any pressure. I am home and even if it’s for a short period of time, I’m happy to be in a house with Ruben, the babies, and the dogs again. It felt like forever since I had this type of moment. I’m still struggling with chronic illnesses such as epilepsy, POTs, gastroparesis, complications from vEDS, etc and recovering from having sepsis, PE’s, Covid, being in a coma, and having thrush all within a matter of weeks. The newest is that I’m dealing with C. Diff (if you know, you know).
