I’ve been trying to hide that I have often been struggling to communicate and speak after excessive seizures recently. I think it’s time to be more open about this You might have noticed that some things that I write lately may lack development or contain typos / incomplete thought due to epilepsy. Sometimes I overuse words when talking and writing due to epilepsy. I have been so insecure about this. I have trouble communicating complete thoughts to friends and family. I often avoid communicating all together because I feel like I’ll sound a little slow-brained. It’s embarrassing. Not just for me but many epileptics.
