ADHD anger rarely comes out of nowhere. What looks like a sudden “overreaction” is often a system that’s been stretched beyond its capacity for too long. Constant stimulation. Task switching. Masking to function in environments that don’t feel natural. By the time a small interruption happens, there’s no bandwidth left to process it calmly. So the reaction feels instant. Intense. Out of proportion. But it isn’t random. It’s a nervous system that had no space left to absorb one more thing. Healing isn’t about controlling the reaction through willpower. It’s about reducing the baseline load so your system isn’t already at its edge. Comment “REGULATE” if you’re tired of snapping. #therapy #ADHD #healing #pyschologyinsights #counselling
