Starting the new year with a bang❗️ I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the Mr. Olympia competition. It is an honour for the 4th time to compete alongside some of the best athletes in the world. It’s also a great opportunity to reflect on our experiences and training from the past year, and are looking ahead to something bigger in the new year. We have vastly improved from our past experiences and guidance from the top global coaches, which surely reflected in Me. Olympia Las Vegas 2022. It’s important to take stock of what we have accomplished and learned and to set goals for ourselves moving forward, so we can continue to grow and develop as individuals.
