Man, I truly had a blast this week at the acesconference in Salt Lake City. I was given the opportunity to speak on the Workplace Anxiety as well as how to stop an anxiety attack. I didnt know what to expect but the feedback that I recieved was a true blessing. Being able to help others and give advice on Anxiety and how to overcome it, was an opportunity that I will cherish forever. Also, man…. The amazing people that I met and new life-long friends….
