New painting “Las Hijas del Maíz” Huitaca,Bachué, Chía and Guatavita goddesses and sacred deities of the Muisca Civilization from the Altiplano Cundiboyacence in Colombia. Reemerging in this painting are potent emblematic figures embodying resistance, sensuality, collective memory, and the elemental force of water and moon cycles. Through a synthesis of their ancestral energies with corporeal iconographies such as the uterus, roots, and skin.
