Mayinias Altar I - Janny, 2024 ❤️ This series of sculptures is a way for me to recognize all the 27 women in my family who had suffered some kind of domestic violence in their lives and a way to bring their amazing characteristics and personalities into my world. Each Mayinia sculpture is a celebration of their strength, resilience, and courage.
