Where Are You From? 🏠 Recently I was in Paris 🇫🇷 at a cocktail party in an art gallery 🖼️ and this question really made me think. 🤔 As a third-culture kid growing up with French and Vietnamese parents and having lived in 5 countries before I turned 23 🇺🇸🇫🇷🇻🇳🇬🇧🇸🇬, I am looking for a sense of Home and Belonging all my life. A better question to ask: Where is Home for You? 🏡 Ultimately I embrace the fact that Home is a Feeling 💗. Wherever I have my friends, family, and community, that’s where Home is for me. Home for me is New York, where I lived for 10 years, Saigon, where I grew up, Paris, even though I only lived there for a year, it feels like home for me there. What about you?
