Every spare moment in the last year I’ve spent researching, planning and testing this idea. To be able to merge my long abandoned drumming career (before psytrance took over) with my passion for psychedelic sound design and composition. Ideally to be able to record and sequence sounds for a psytrance track in realtime, from my brain, to the speakers, with no latency. Audio signals from the drumkit’s “brain” are patched into specific eurorack modules that convert the signal into voltages that can be used to trigger and modulate Eurorack voices, while also being able to jam on any audio samples I can imagine coming directly out of the drumkit too - multitracked recording!
