Day 3 of my 5‑Minute Go Live Challenge. I almost didn’t make it today. Migraine + new meds + very little sleep… but I made a commitment to myself, and I’m honoring it. Some days showing up looks like power. Some days it looks like a whisper. Either way… I showed up.
