Eleven weeks into my explant journey, I’m learning something profound about stillness—it’s not empty space. It’s fertile ground.
This morning at my altar, watering my plants with intention, The Commodores singing “Zoom” in the background (yes, divine confirmation!), I pulled this card: *The human mind is like fertile ground where seeds are continuously being planted.*
Here’s what hit me: **When you’re not moving, when you’re in recovery, when life has you still—that’s when the weeds grow too.** Negativity doesn’t need permission; it just plants itself in the quiet spaces. Fear whispers louder when there’s no noise to drown it out.
