My son Rory is autistic, and he likes the way his brain works. He sees his autism as a strength and wouldn’t change a thing about it. But his sister Violet? Her experience couldn’t be more different. She’s also autistic and for her, daily life is a constant uphill climb. She struggles in ways that cause her real pain. Autism isn’t just a difference for her; it’s something that can make her world feel overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. And she desperately wants treatments that could make life a lot easier.
