We’ve all heard this saying… ⤵️ “If you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person.” And my two kids prove it every single day. My son Rory is autistic, and he likes the way his brain works. He sees his autism as a strength and wouldn’t change a thing about it. But his sister Violet? Her experience couldn’t be more different. She’s also autistic and for her, daily life is a constant uphill climb. She struggles in ways that cause her real pain. Autism isn’t just a difference for her; it’s something that can make her world feel overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. And she desperately wants treatments that could make life a lot easier. Same diagnosis. Two kids. Two completely different realities. Both are valid. Both deserve compassion, understanding, and support.
