Here’s what I wish I knew sooner ⬇️ You have the right to request an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) at the school’s expense. That means an outside professional, not connected to the school, does the testing again. The result is an unbiased, objective assessment of your child's needs, and will be used to inform what supports and services they get in their IEP.
