Let me start by saying... We LOVE teachers over here (half of our team here are former teachers!!) And in our experience, teachers are almost always doing the best that they can within a very broken system. But within that broken system where they don't have enough support, caseload numbers are high, and expectations are higher, sometimes things that are SO important to us or and kids can get overlooked amongst everything that teachers have on their plates. So more than anything, I hope this message is a reminder to everyone that at the center of all the paperwork and meetings is a child who depends on all of the adults in their life to make sure they're getting what they need to succeed...
