Bò Kho : Vietnamese beef stew. Influenced by the French, we have our own version. Made with the same ingredients but with some "pho" spices. Star anise, cinnamon, and Annatto seed oil. Brisket Slow cooked to perfection. The extra spices really brings in more layers. I love this dish and it's totally an unsung hero of Vietnamese cuisine. Traditionally, eaten with some bread, but you can also ewt it with pho noodles. Or at this joint, you can do both!!!
