Tsukiji outer market has changed a lot over the years. Many new spots opened for influx of tourists, established shops get a new facelift to look more appealing to tourists. This coffee stand is also a new one. What use to be a tuna vendor has converted into a coffee stand. And instead of going modern, he went old school. A one man show. Very very slow process. Right now, it's ok because tourists have not picked up on this stand even though he's in the heart of it all.
