Tsukiji part 1. Ever since I moved over to Shinjuku part of town, I stopped visiting Tsukiji outer market. Before that, I lived across the river from it. At midnight, i could hear the market starting to come alive. I frequented here a few times a week. Not for photos, but to give visiting chefs a walk around. I am happy that many of the shops and restaurants have survived over the years. Especially over pandemic period. Especially the hidden hole in the wall spots I loved. Visting my old stomping ground again reminded me of good memories from my early years in Tokyo.
