Diet plans are not meant to copy someone else’s clock.
They are meant to match your life.
At Balance Nutrition, we curate plans based on your schedule, because that’s the only way they stay sustainable.
Eating at 1 PM just because “that’s lunchtime” doesn’t make sense if you wake up late.
As a nutritionist, I have my Lunch around 3:30- 4 PM and dinner around 10:30-11 PM, because I sleep late and wake up late.
And that works for me.
The goal is not to follow someone else’s routine.
The goal is to eat when you are hungry and when it fits your rhythm.
Do your meal timings actually match your schedule?
