This week, we’re celebrating remarkable strides in women’s leadership and entrepreneurialism! In honor of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, we recognize Jenny Mollica, who has taken the helm as Roundhouse’s new CEO, and Elozino Olaniyan, who breaks barriers as Midwestern’s first female CEO in the company’s 26-year history.
In an exciting collaborative effort, BlackBerry has partnered with Global Affairs Canada and Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst to launch the Women in Cyber Leadership Program in Malaysia. This five-day initiative, set for January 2026 at the MCMC and BlackBerry Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Cyberjaya, aims to empower mid-level women professionals across ASEAN to ascend into senior cybersecurity roles.
Additionally, the WNBA is making headlines with a proposed maximum salary of $11M+ in their latest CBA talks, paving the way for greater recognition of women in sports.
