We had the privilege of experiencing the new Discovery Menu at yunkasaigon from the amazing chef nikkei_chef. This was an experience like no other, a 10 course meal that got better and better with each bite. The chef made each dish a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. From the rich umami of the El Pobre to the refreshing brightness of the Miso Ceviche, every plate told a story of Nikkei cuisine at its finest. The Nikkei Burger was an unexpected favorite crispy fish, ikura, and yellow chili sauce in a soft steamed bun. And the Pulpo Wok? Absolutely incredible. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout the entire experience. It was clear they took pride in what they were serving. By the time we got to dessert the Picarones we were already planning our next visit.
