With the help of detailed digital planning by drzeyneptuncer and the precision of the piezo device, we performed controlled, delicate osteotomies to refine the chin and bring forward a more feminine, proportionate lower face. Careful suspension of the mentalis muscle was performed to prevent any chin ptosis, and multiple sessions of botulinum toxin were carried out to reduce muscular hyperactivity and support long-term aesthetic and functional results.
