Until February 17, we move through a powerful transition. Rather than marking time through the Gregorian calendar alone, I feel more aligned with cyclical systems that speak to the body, nature, and energy. Chinese medicine and symbolism offer that language. In this lens, the Year of the Snake ends through shedding. It asks us to release what has completed its work. On February 17, we enter the Year of the Horse, where energy shifts from inward processing to movement, fire, and forward momentum. I prepared a post that I had the urge to create.
