Saying goodbyes to mum, dad and any external support system is NOT EASY! From where we come, we take for granted how much has been provided to some of us, that makes life easier and comfortable. Moving abroad can shake a lot of those comforts and take away our cushion from us. But it’s a choice we make and we will stand by. So here’s to day 5 - To becoming independent, learning to do basic chores of life like separating whites and coloured for wash😅 and becoming responsible for our choices and way of life. And don’t forget, we’re a community so we got to help each other out and stand by one another, in good and bad times.
