Create spreadsheets (or use Notion or some other type of organizational tool) of when “life” things need to happen (renew licenses, pay car registration, submit your FAFSA). Get these things out of your brain and onto paper. Automate your bills. Figure out where you can start saving money now so you can put money aside for trips here and there (doesn’t have to be big, even a weekend getaway will help you mentally).
