But if you talk to CRNAs, most of them would say becoming a CRNA is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made. ⁠👏 ⁠ ⁠ The job satisfaction of CRNAs ⁠is preeeeetttyy dang high. ⁠ ⁠ One of the best things you can do is have a growth mindset. Look at things with a lens of opportunity, learning, improvement. ⁠ ⁠ There are many times that you’ll get knocked down, discouraged, feel like giving up.
