Yes of COURSE we want incredibly smart, talented and driven individuals in the CRNA profession. But we also like to see people who want to give back, who are involved in volunteering. You don't always have to be involved in medically-related volunteering, it's just important to show that you are interested in something/someone else that is not self-serving. Why?
