Talking about finances is not one of the fun parts of the CRNA school application process...but it's definitely necessary. Going to a program that is 200k vs. 100k is VERRRRY different. Yes, CRNAs get paid well, but paying off your loans in 5 years vs. 10 does matter. And the truth is, unlike traditional undergraduate programs, the name of the program isn't as important as the clinical skills you have when you graduate. Jobs won't be more likely to hire you if you went to an Ivy League school, they want to know that you have the clinical and interpersonal skills to provide safe and team-work driven care. Go to the program that is the right FIT for you, not that has the most expensive name!
