Discharge Protocols: I prefer not to keep my patients in the hospital longer than necessary. Following facial rejuvenation surgeries, patients can typically be discharged four hours post-operation. However, to ensure there is no postoperative bleeding and to complete our multimodal analgesia protocol, I have my patients stay overnight. The next day, I conduct a thorough assessment to make sure everything is in order before discharge. After being discharged, we provide transportation to your hotel. For patients who have undergone a deep plane face and neck lift, we bring you back to the clinic the day after discharge to remove the hemostatic net sutures.
