I am on a growth journey. 🌱 And oh boy, am I feeling uncomfortable! Stepping out of the old comfort zone will do that to you… In the last few months, I have been intentionally driving myself to step out of what is comfortable for me, and push myself into avenues of discomfort. As part of this journey, I have asked myself what type of leader I want to be and how to become that person as authentically as possible, while still staying true to myself. One of the areas I am working on is being more vocal.
