Nike Kobe 8 x @kukulich: “Good to be Green” Inspired by Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts’ mismatched cleats from this past season. Few notes about this pair: • Although inspired by Jalen’s cleats, I opted to keep a lot more white on this pair. Thought it looked a lot cleaner. • I think I flashed the midnite green & kelly green paint for like a second, but that paint alone was the hardest part of this project. Getting the perfect shades took me around 3 hours total. • I thought the purple swooshes on this “Lakers” Kobe 8 would suck. It ended up just making the swooshes a slightly darker shade of green on each shoe, makes it pop a bit. • Was not planning on posting this on Masters Sunday… Green for Jalen, me, and Rory I guess🏌️ • These were not the big project I was talking about working on awhile back.
