Sobha Realty has officially unveiled "Sobha Sanctuary," a Dh50 billion ($13.6 billion) master-planned community that stands as the largest and most ambitious project in the developer's 50-year history. Spanning 37.5 million square feet off Al Ain Road, the development is designed to house approximately 20,000 families across 18,000 apartments and 2,000 luxury villas. The project represents a significant shift toward "future-ready" urban design, featuring a 22-hectare green belt and a massive destination park at its core, which includes a 6km leisure loop and a 9km wellness loop.
