Rwanda has taken a bold step toward becoming Africa’s premier "trusted" tech hub with the official launch of the Digital Trust Seal (DTS) during the Digital Business Summit on January 15, 2026. Managed by the Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) with oversight from the Rwanda ICT Chamber, the DTS is a high-level certification designed to verify the reliability, security, and quality of locally developed digital solutions.
