The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has officially announced that Dubai will host the inaugural PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 on February 4–5 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. Positioned as the world’s fastest-growing real estate technology forum, the event marks the first global stop in the conference’s international expansion. With more than 3,000 global participants and 200 speakers expected, the forum is a central implementation pillar of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which aims to raise the sector's market value to a staggering AED 1 trillion ($272 billion) by 2033.
