Postnatal Pranayama Practices
👼🏽
When we first brought
#BabyJ home, I had a really difficult time with
#PostpartumDepression. It was every feeling, all at once and all the time. So if you’re new to this motherhood thing and you have this new little precious creature stuck to you 24/7 and the options are to a) have a nervous break down every 5 minutes b) have a nervous break down every 5 seconds and c) breathe, do c first and then get back to a and b afterwards because they’re inevitable at times and after breathing you may just be able to find your equilibrium a little bit quicker after said breakdown.
😂
I make jokes now, but this was hard for me to remember and I promiseeee these practices helped. Not to mention the feeling of your breath and humming during
#Brahmari are soothing AF for baby.
Try it and let me know how it goes, momma!
