Pregnant friends - itโs so important to work the neck, shoulders, and upper back consistently. With new (and sometimes odd) sleeping positions, added stress and tension on your changing joints, and additional weight in the breasts, this part of your body should not be neglected!

I practiced these consistently throughout my first trimester, and you can too - with your doctorโs approval, of course. Make sure you take a comfy or cushion, pillow or bolster under the hips to avoid any compression in the spine while you practice. And as always, move with loving care.
